VERTICAL BAGGER FOR CARROTS
This year EMVE has delivered 14 JASA Vertical baggers for carrots
in Scandinavia. Packaging in bags from 500-2000 grams with the
unique fallbraker inside the vertical tube.
NEW EMVE RECEIVING HOPPER
New version of EMVE Receiving Hopper. The new,
RH 2400 Heavy Duty, version has bottombelt with dimensions 2,4x5
meter. Capacity up to 80 ton/hour.
NEW EFFICIENT BOXFILLER BF CK
New version with extremly low drop and "even out"
function, combined with high capacity.
EMVE WASHINGLINES
The very flexible EMVE Washer WE 1200E is now running in many
countries on different vegetables. Adjustable settings for drum
speed, water level, outfeed gate, drum height and inbuilt water
cleaning Akva-sep, makes it extremly flexible.
OPTICAL GRADING FROM
NEWTEC
Newtec optical graders is now also running for
Carrots in Scandinavia. EMVE have now delivered Newtec Celox for
carrots in Sweden and Finland.

FROM KEY TECHNOLOGY
EMVE have now delivered KEY Optyx optical grading for potatoe
chips in Sweden. The delivery also included KEY vibrators, KEY
spice drum, EMVE bunkers and conveyors.
PROCESS
LINES FROM SORMAC
EMVE have together with Sormac delivered peelers
and toppers for carrots, and peelers for onions in Finland and Sweden.
Sormac and EMVE also delivers potato peelers and salad washers.
APPLE PACKAGING
EMVE has delivered a complete packagingline for
apples in the south of Sweden. Including inspection, weigher Newtec
2012A, packaging Gillenkirch 7000EA.
INLINE PACKAGING
During the summer EMVE started up 2 pc. C-PACK
mod. 956 inline packaging lines in Norway. They are running in combination
with Newtec weigher 3013XL.
TRAYPACKAGING
WITH TOPSEAL
A special packaging line has been delivered in Norway. It
handles trays 500-1000 grams, that are filled and weighed with
a Newtec line 3009 and tray machine NBM. In the end of the line
the trays are topsealed with a Multivac.
